1. The service

ChaseUp ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME], ABN [ABN]) provides software that sends invoice reminders on your behalf. We are not a debt collection agency and do not give legal or financial advice.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Acceptable use

  • Only send reminders for genuine amounts that are actually owed to you.
  • Don't use ChaseUp to harass, threaten or mislead anyone.
  • Only charge late fees if they're part of your agreed terms with the client. You are responsible for complying with consumer and debt-collection laws that apply to you.
  • Don't send spam or use the service for anything unlawful.

4. Plans, billing and the free trial

The Free plan is free. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. The Pro trial lasts [14] days and needs no card; at the end you return to the Free plan unless you subscribe. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. [REFUND POLICY.]

5. Payments from your clients

Client card payments are processed by Stripe and paid into your own Stripe account. Stripe's terms apply. We are not a party to the payment and don't hold your funds.

6. Your data

You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy policy.

7. Liability

[LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLAUSE, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.]

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. Questions: [EMAIL].
